Online payments are made within a secure payments system provided by Spektrix / Sagepay that protects your card details and personal information. Your name, address, email address, amount paid and payment type are only passed to the Council so we can update our records.

We require all third party service providers to keep your details secure and only to use them to fulfil the request. We will not share personal information with any other outside bodies without your consent unless required to do so by law or in limited circumstances permitted by the Data Protection Act, such as where a criminal investigation is taking place.

 

We may also ask if you want to sign up for other services, such as to go onto a mailing list. You can decline, but if you are happy to do so, we will continue to give you the chance to opt out at a later date too.
