FAQs

What's the running time of the panto?

Because rehearsals don't start until November, we can never really know the exact running time until after the first show. However, we generally expect the show to last about two and a half hours, including a 20 minute interval.

Can we come in fancy-dress?

Absolutely! During pantomime there is a brilliant atmosphere and many people (adults and children) turn up in fancy dress, themed either by pantomime or other fairy tales.

Where is the best place to park?

The Warburg Car Park next to the Princes Hall has now been demolished to make way for the WestGate development. Please visit www.princeshall.com/carparking for up-to-date information on the best places to park..

It's my birthday, how do I get a mention?

Just let the Box Office know the name and age of the person who is celebrating either before you arrive or on the day. Remember, it's not just children that can have a mention, we like to know about any age birthday.

I'm coming with a group, how do we get a mention?

Groups of 10 or more will automatically get a mention in the show, if you would like to be know as something special (or silly) then just let the Box Office know.

Can we pre-order our interval drinks and ice creams?

Groups of 10 or more can pre book their interval ice creams and drinks to save time. All groups will received an order form when they book or pay for their tickets.

How do you pick children to go up on the stage?

The Front of House Manager will choose children on the day, but if you know someone that would like to go up on stage then let the Box Office know and they will put their name forward. Just so you know we can't accept two children from the same group / family or children under 5 years old.
