Large print versions of our 'What's On' brochure and other documents are available on request, as well as recorded and braille versions. If you have any problems receiving our publications please don't hesitate to call.
Mobility Impaired
For shows and staged events the Princes Hall provides six wheelchair spaces, which are situated in the stalls area of the auditorium - early booking is advisable.
For patrons who have difficulty with stairs, please inform the Box Office. Lift access is available to all floors. Accessible toilets are available on the ground and first floor.
For those who need additional assistance...
The Princes Hall operates a scheme for those who need somebody to be present, in order to assist them.
This Scheme allows members a free ticket so that they can bring an 'Essential Companion' with them.
The Scheme is not open to or intended for those who simply require a companion / friend or require assistance with transportation to the Princes Hall.
The Scheme is free and simple to join, but necessary in order to combat fraud.
The 'Essential Companion' is somebody who is able to help the person with a disability by means of mobility or guidance to use and enjoy the services in the Princes Hall.
The application forms are available from the Box Office or can be downloaded from this page.
