In Pencaster, everyone has received a letter from the Palace, delivered by Pat and his faithful cat Jess, of course. Someone special is coming to open the brand new SDS Sorting Office and they only have a short time to get themselves, and Pencaster, prepared for a very royal visit.

Mrs Goggins, Ted Glen and Ben Taylor are helping with the preparations, while PC Selby finally has something important to do! What could possibly go wrong...?
