    6. Photographic Release

      Please confirm that you give permission for your child to be included in any photographs or filming during the Youth Theatre by the Princes Hall and / or other parents attending. Photographs or any film recorded by the Princes Hall will only be used as an account of the event for the Princes Hall / Rushmoor Borough Council website, brochure, social media channels, and may be used by the local Press. Please be aware that we need to gain consent from all parents in order for photography to be permitted on the day.

    8. Code of Conduct

      Princes Hall’s Youth Theatre will:

      • Run high quality workshops / sessions led by a trained professional
      • Be available to all young people with an interest in drama / theatre who have a commitment to increase and further their skills and knowledge
      • Treat all Youth Theatre Members with respect

      Princes Hall’s Youth Theatre Members must:

      • Give their full commitment to the work of the Youth Theatre
      • Show a willingness to learn and keenness to participate in all activities and exercises
      • At all times work towards creating an environment that every member can work in
      • Respect and listen to the Youth Theatre Leader
      • Respect all other Members of the Youth Theatre
      • Respect all property belonging to the Youth Theatre, the Princes Hall and other Youth Theatre members
      • Be punctual, reliable and dress appropriately
      • Attend regularly. If more than two sessions are missed without a formal explanation beforehand, a warning will be given


      In the unlikely event that any member’s behaviour does not comply with the agreed code of conduct, they will receive a verbal warning from the Youth Theatre Leader and the Parents / Guardians will be notified in writing. Any further breach of the Code of Conduct will result in immediate expulsion from the Youth Theatre.
