What else is in Aldershot

The Princes Hall is located in Aldershot, North East Hampshire.

Aldershot is world-famous as the home of the British Army and Farnborough's main claim to fame is the biennial International Air Show, held on the site of the birthplace of flying and aeronautical research in Britain. Aldershot and Farnborough are just an hour from London and our excellent transport links make it an easy destination to reach, whether you are travelling by road, train, ferry, coach, bus or even motorbike! The borough of Rushmoor (Aldershot and Farnborough) covers an area of 3,900 hectares which ranges from urban to open spaces and large wooded areas, so there will be plenty to keep you occupied during your visit.

Aldershot is also an ideal stopover for travels further afield. The eastern border of the Borough is marked by the River Blackwater, and beyond it lies the County of Surrey, to the south (Farnham) and the east (Camberley, Ash, Frimley and Mytchett). Berkshire and the district of Hart in Hampshire to the north and Basingstoke and Andover also in Hampshire to the west. There are plenty of places to easily get to by bike, so Aldershot would be an ideal location as a base for further travels.
