I had tickets for a show that didn't go ahead due to lockdown. What happened?

If you had tickets for any show that was either rescheduled or cancelled, we would have contacted you by email and telephone to confirm the new details to arrange an exchange or refund.

We endeavoured to contact tickets holders by email in the first instance. For those ticket holders without email addresses (or those we receive 'bounce backs' to our emails), we would have tried to  contact by telephone and finally by letter.

Tickets holders were offered an exchange, credit or refund for their tickets. After the deadline for letting us know if ticket holders wanted a refund or credit passed, all tickets were exchanged to the rescheduled date.

Details of all affected events are available on our website.

I need to ask you some else - what should I do?

You can still email us and we will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible
