Customer Service Specialist Apprentice

Salary: £15,414
Hours: 37 hours per week
Two year fixed term contract

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic apprentice to join the Sales & Events Team at the Princes Hall Theatre in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in a busy theatre environment while working towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship. 

As part of the Box Office and Front of House team, you’ll be the welcoming face of the theatre, helping customers with ticket bookings, enquiries, and event information. You’ll also support the administration of sales, marketing, and events, and assist with stewarding and bar duties during performances.

Venue Technician

Salary: £27,254 to £32,597
Hours: 37 hours per week

The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of technical theatre, including sound, lighting and stage management. A good knowledge of digital sound desks is essential. They will also be required to set up functions, undertake general maintenance, and assist the Senior Technician with other duties. Good customer service skills, and enthusiasm, are essential.

Sales and Marketing Officer

Salary: £17,678 to £21,144 
Hours: 24 hours per week

Involves some unsocial working hours.

Princes Hall are recruiting a friendly and engaging Sales & Marketing Officer to join the Sales & Events Team, working within the Box Office and assisting the Sales & Events Manager in the delivery of marketing activities for shows and events at the venue.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and experience of marketing, ideally within an arts setting, be comfortable dealing with customers and liaising with visiting producers and hirers to discuss their marketing requirements.

They will be competent in use of social media and other digital marketing tools, computer literate and comfortable using computerised ticket sales programmes.

Casual Qualified Technicians 

We are looking for qualified technicians to join our casual technical team. The ability to operate sound  (Behringer X32 Digital Mixer), lights (Avolites Pearl Expert - Titan Operating System) and manage a stage, with theatre experience being essential. 

At the Princes Hall, we have space available for two work experience students throughout the year.

We are happy to take applications from any person who has a genuine interest in working in the arts or theatre.
