Why do you need this information?
We need your personal information to process your request to be part of the audition process for the Princes Hall pantomime.
By submitting your details, you have given the council consent to process this information. If you are giving consent on behalf of someone aged under 16, then you are also confirming you are the parent / guardian and have the right to give consent on their behalf.
Will you pass my information to anyone else?
It will be necessary to pass the details of the successful applicants to the pantomime production company. Your details will not be used for any other purpose.
How long we will retain your information?
We will normally keep your details in our current database until the end of the current pantomime season, or whilst we are using any photos or film recorded for publicity purposes. For further information on our policy for retaining personal information, see our retention guidelines.
