How to book tickets

There are many ways to book a show or event

Booking tickets online

You can book online for many of our shows and events through our website, click on the 'Book Now' icon for your selected show and follow the on-screen instructions. Your tickets are purchased in 'real time' and are the best seats available at that moment.

We currently accept Master Card, Visa Card or Maestro (formally Switch) Cards for online bookings.

Tickets will be posted up to five days before the event, after that they will be held at box office for your collection.

Ticket Delivery

You can choose to have your tickets posted out to you, left for collection at the Box Office or emailed out to you.

Can I get into the Main Hall with my printed confirmation email instead of a ticket?

No, you need a ticket or an e-ticket to get into the auditorium, as the bar code will be scanned as you go in. If you have selected to collect your tickets from the Box Office you can do that on the night. Please note, if you have selected the e-ticket option, you will be sent your e-ticket in addition to your booking confirmation. You can either print off your e-ticket or present it on your phone on the night.

I've made an order and selected e-ticket as the delivery method. How do I find/print my ticket?

Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email attached to this will be your e-tickets.

Why is my e-ticket not appearing/printing correctly?

To view and print your tickets you need to have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Reader. This can be downloaded for free from Adobe's website.

Do I need to exchange my e-ticket for a physical ticket when I arrive?

No, your e-ticket is all you need to gain access to the performance. Simply present it to the steward at the door when you are ready to be seated.

It is hard for us to fill lots of single seats, as most bookings are made for two or more people. Our website will not let you leave an empty seat between booked seats or at the end of a row. If you receive this warning, please look elsewhere in the auditorium for your seats, or call the box office on 01252 329155.

Children attending shows

Babes in Arms Policy

A ticket must be purchased for any child aged 1 and over.

Children aged under 1 year may sit on your lap, but we cannot have any pushchairs or car seats in the auditorium.

Guidance for children attending our shows

Primary School Age (under 11) - must be accompanied by an adult sitting with them.
Senior School Age (11 to 17) - the choice of whether to leave a child/children to watch a show unaccompanied is that of the parent or guardian. If the responsible adult chooses not to attend the event, they are very welcome to stay on the premises in the foyer or bar areas.
